Our Bed&Breakfast is situated in a crucial spot of Rome.
The area is central and
commercial and served by the underground.
Our b&b is totally restructured and offers four bedrooms: three of them share there
some bathroom while one is provided
by its own.
The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a big wardrobe and are provided with
Sky-TV and wireless connection. Air-conditioning and central heating are available as
well.
Windows are very big and furnished with curtains. There are two rooms with two
windows and two rooms with one window.
The room provided with the bathroom is a bit smaller and furnished with a French bed
(big single bed) and a fan instead of the air-conditioning. The bathroom has a little
bathtub.
The common bathroom is very big, and provided with a bathtub, shower and hairdryer.
Breakfast is served at a bar situated a few meters from our b&b and is included and.
Well give you a welcoming treatment so as to make you feel home!
    
Our Services:
To request you can take advantage of a shuttle service from/to airport or other
destinations cheap.
-Breakfast in the price.
-Cleaning are daily and are carried out by 10 to 12 some of the
morning.
-The change of linen (sheets and towels) is done every three days.
-Reception on arrival of guests is planned by the 12 in the morning then
while at the start Chambers should be left within the 10.
After 22 requires a
night supplement of EUR 15.
-Arrival time is agreed, the customer is
then asked to notify in advance when comes to avoid unpleasant
expectations.
-Our guests can park without problems in front,
otherwise nearby is a parking fee to the cost of EUR 16
the day.
